BEGINNER
Ages 5-7 Sundays 12:15-1:00

January 26 - April 13 (12 weeks)

Athletes will focus on basic coordination, body shapes and movement, enabling them to excel as they progress. Class will involve stretching, conditioning, and drills for skills including rolls, cartwheels, handstands, as well as basic limbering skills.

LEVEL 1
Ages 8-18
Sundays 2:00-2:55
January 26 - April 13 (12 weeks)

Designed to perfect foundational skills including front and back walkovers, back extension rolls, round offs and connecting skills. Class involves stretching, intense conditioning, and progressive drills.
Must be able to independently perform a backbend from standing.
LEVEL 2 & 3
Level 2&3 Sundays 1:00-1:55
January 26 - April 13 (12 weeks)

To build confidence as they learn and master a back handspring, level 2 passes and beyond. Class involves stretching, intense conditioning, and progressive drills.

Lvl 2 - Front and back walkovers required
Lvl 3 - Back handspring series required to be considered for tucks​​
